Quality Management

General Silicones (GS) has accumulated more than 50 years of technical experience in silicone products manufacturing, and was ISO 9002 certified in 1996. GS was also QS-9000 certified in 1999, which is specialized for products applied in automotive industry. GS upholds a high quality requirement to its products as well as establishes rigorous and complete quality control system. Silicone rubber products made by GS are compliant to the following international standards:

  • ISO 9001 (For general purpose silicone rubber parts/products);
  • IATF 16949 (For silicone rubber parts/products use in automobile);

The company is customer-oriented and implements the Total Quality Management (TQM):

  1. Make every employee have the concept of quality in mind in order to form a company culture. Personnel training, re-education, recognition of customer needs, and self-management are carried out in daily work. Keep continuous improvement of employee encouragement and comprehensive quality control
